The Go-to-Market Design Workshop by #MEGADEALS

Ignite Sweden has partnered with #MEGADEALS to offer startups and scaleups a workshop where you can learn everything you need to create your go-to-market model in finite markets.

The marketing and sales around large B2B deals are almost always highly reliant on a handful of individuals who can orchestrate them well. This workshop will provide you with all the elements you need to take your business offering to the top of c-level and stakeholders' decision-making agendas.


In this full-day workshop you will learn:

  • How to select the ideal industries, countries, and organizations to prioritize in the short, medium, and long term
  • Strategies for selecting the right stakeholders to go for
  • Tailoring your positioning and messaging for companies introducing new categories (the W-model)
  • Developing a go-to-market model for companies selling new categories in finite markets, covering marketing, social selling, sales, KPIs, organization, and adjustments based on market phase

This workshop has been created by Christopher Engman, a serial entrepreneur, investor, author, and founder of #MEGADEALS.

The workshop will take place on June 1220 participants will have the chance to attend in-person in Malmö.

Your participation in this workshop is made possible by the funding we receive from Vinnova (referred to as "verifieringsmedel" in Swedish) to support the commercialization of your innovation.

Upon completing this workshop, you will be required to sign a form consenting to Ignite Sweden receiving funding from Vinnova. The funding will be 7500 SEK per participating company (it includes the lunch provided during the workshop). Our team will contact you with instructions on how to proceed.

Please note that a 2000 SEK no-show fee will be charged directly to your company if you fail to inform us that you cannot attend within 48 hours prior to the workshop.

Meet the coach

Christopher Engman

Christopher is a serial entrepreneur, investor, and two-time author. He owns or co-owns no fewer than 21 companies in SaaS and cleantech, including Retain24, Taxisystem (now KKR), Vendemore (now D&B), Megadeals, Minestorage, Forestcarb, and Qurator. He is also the founder of the world's first account-based marketing company. In 2020, he co-authored the book 'Megadeals' with Johan Aberg.
